Belt Filter Press WEBP-E

As a result of our extensive research and development efforts, West'Eco has recently introduced the most cost-effective Filter Belt Press for sludge dewatering onto the market. Our new product, the WEBP-E, is a simple and compact dewatering unit that offers significant savings in both capital investment and ongoing operational and maintenance costs. The WEBP-E is built upon the years of experience we have gained from our standard types of Filter Belt Presses. It combines the efficiency of a rotary Drum/Gravity Belt Thickener with the effectiveness of a BFP, all in a single unit. With the WEBP-E, sludge dewatering is a continuous process that involves multiple stages. The first stage is flocculation, which utilizes a polymer to aid in the separation of solids and liquids. The next stage is Thickening, where the filtrate water is continuously drained. In the drum thickener, the sludge's dry solids content can increase by up to 6-9%. The separated sludge is then fed between two tensioned belts, passing through low- and high-pressure zones and a series of compression and shear rollers known as the Belt Filter Press. One of the standout features of the WEBP-E is its unique belt alignment system. Unlike other systems that rely on valves, cylinders, or air pressure, our design enhances operational safety and minimizes overall maintenance costs. Additionally, the complete enclosed design of the unit allows for easy access to all parts from both sides, and the covers are detachable for added convenience. Furthermore, the WEBP-E is equipped with an automatic washing system for both the drum and the filter belt Press. This means that there is minimal extra cleaning and maintenance required, saving you time and effort.
